Qualifications
- Female or Male, maximum 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- 1–2+ years experience in KOL/Influencer, Talent Management, Account Management, or Digital Marketing
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Understand KOL/Influencer Marketing & social media
- Target & revenue oriented
- Strong relationship-building & networking skills
- Analytical, organized, proactive & problem solver
- Able to manage multiple talents & campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in agency/talent management is a plus!
- Experience handling commercial KOL campaigns
- Understanding of Rate Card, SOW, Usage Rights, Exclusivity & Boosting
Job Description
- Manage & develop KOL/Talent under Bloom Core
- Build and maintain relationships with brands & agencies
- Handle campaign from brief → negotiation → execution → reporting
- Develop strategies to increase talent performance & revenue
- Identify new campaign opportunities & drive repeat orders
- Monitor KOL performance, campaign results & revenue achievement
- Become the bridge between Talent, Brand & Internal Team
- Help record social media content, simple editing, and brainstorming concepts
- Proficient in simple photography and video editing skills
- Up-to-date with social media trends, creative, and understands aesthetic concepts
