We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastis Senior KOL to join our team! If you love working with creators, have a good eye for trends, and want hands on experience in influencer marketing
Job Description
- Develop and execute monthly KOL strategies, including KOL tiering (Mega, Macro, Micro, and Nano) and creating clear content briefs to guide KOL communication and messaging within the videos.
- manage the KOL Specialist team, including task delegation, performance monitoring, coaching, and team development.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs, particularly Mega and Celebrity KOLs.
- Oversee KOL contract negotiations, campaign briefs, and content execution to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Conduct social media and competitor trend research to identify new opportunities for KOL collaborations and campaign innovation.
Requirements
- Freshgraduate atau Undegraduate Students with no class anymore
- Have experienced at Influencer Marketing, KOL Marketing, or a related field is poin plus
- Familiar with major e-commerce and digital platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee is poin plus
- Creative and capable of developing engaging and effective content briefs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, interpret KOL campaign data, and develop comprehensive performance reports
