Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in administration, finance operations, or payment processing is a plus.
- Familiar with Indonesian tax systems, including NPWP verification and PJAP platforms (e.g., Mekari Klikpajak, DJP Online).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data and documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and able to manage administrative records efficiently.
- Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and meeting monthly processing targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage KOL contracts, including e-signatures, document uploads, and filing.
- Process and monitor KOL payment requests through the internal workflow system.
- Verify payment records and ensure supporting documents are complete and accurate.
- Coordinate product shipments for KOL collaborations and maintain delivery records.
- Collect and archive proof of collaboration, including content links and screenshots.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and KOL data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth KOL operational processes.
