Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential KOLs, affiliates, and creators to join campaigns and MCN programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and communities across TikTok and social media platforms.
- Handle end-to-end creator acquisition process, including outreach, negotiation, follow-up, and onboarding.
- Manage creator database and ensure smooth communication with all active creators.
- Coordinate with internal teams (campaign, operations, livestream, and marketing) to align creator strategies with campaign goals.
- Monitor creator performance and provide insights or recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in planning and executing creator campaigns, events, workshops, and community activities.
- Track recruitment targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Stay updated with TikTok trends, creator market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure creators comply with campaign requirements, timelines, and platform guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KOL, influencer marketing, creator partnership, business development, affiliate, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem, creator trends, and social media landscape.
- Experienced in handling creator outreach, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in communication.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good analytical and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Background in MCN, digital agency, TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or creator economy industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Willing to work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit.
