Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, PR, or Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Up-to-date with beauty, aesthetics, wellness, and lifestyle industry trends.
- Proven experience managing KOL, influencer, media, and brand partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and generate insights.
- Established network within the beauty, lifestyle, fashion, wellness, or media industries is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow partnerships with KOLs, influencers, media, communities, and strategic brand partners.
- Identify, research, and recruit suitable KOLs aligned with Anaya Aesthetics' brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Develop and execute KOL marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, media partners, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate KOL campaigns from briefing, negotiation, scheduling, content approval, execution, to reporting.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, preparing reports and actionable recommendations.
- Support marketing initiatives including product launches, clinic events, PR activations, and brand collaborations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creative, Social Media, and Clinic teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Ensure all influencer and partnership activities align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements within the aesthetics industry.
- Assist in achieving monthly marketing KPIs related to reach, engagement, lead generation, and brand growth.

- Number of successful KOL partnerships secured.
