bTaskee is a marketplace platform based in Vietnam, which provides on-demand home services, including doing chores, over 14+ services available. It helps customers to instantly connect with local maids. Our platform, which is web and app-based, provides a simple and fast interface for optimal user experience. Customers are able to rate and review their maids (or helpers) to ensure the quality of the service.
Our vision is to provide a marketplace that can firstly provide services to customers without having to negotiate or talk with an agent; our long term vision is to create a marketplace where people can have access to jobs that they otherwise would not have, and can earn high salaries across South East Asia.
Job Description:
- Assist and manage KOL & community database.
- Assist in manage community growth, user-generated content strategy, creators maintenance and other programs to make our community engaged & motivated.
- Contact KOL and assist in activities that related with community.
- Create brief and proposals for campaign.
- Monitor, track, analyze and report the impact of digital activations or campaigns.
- Develop and manage relationships with community to drive user acquisition and retention.
Requirement:
- Up to 1 year experience of KOL & community building.
- Experience with user acquisition, growth marketing and community engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of Gen Z audience and able to identify target audience preferences.
- Adept and active in IG, Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Outgoing personality.
- Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO scheme.
