Job Description:
- Event Venue Support: Research and shortlist suitable event venues based on campaign requirements, coordinate venue visits, and assist with venue negotiations and bookings.
- KOL Research & Outreach: Identify relevant KOLs/influencers based on target audience, content style, and campaign objectives; assist with outreach and coordination.
- KOL Briefing: Prepare and communicate campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and content guidelines to selected KOLs.
- KOL Coordination: Follow up on content submissions, posting schedules, event attendance, and deliverables.
- Event Coordination: Support event preparation, vendor coordination, guest/KOL management, and on-ground execution.
- Administrative Support: Maintain KOL, venue, vendor, and event databases, track budgets, deliverables, and communications.
- Reporting: Assist in compiling post-event and campaign reports, including KOL deliverables, attendance, and campaign results.
