KOL Activation
- Plan KOL Collaborations based on the project and request input from other departments (list
- potential KOLs and budgeting).
- Create draft agreements and draft detailed collaborations.
- Communicate with KOLs(starting from the approach, briefing on SOW, requesting content, to
- asking for reports and results).
- Ensure KOLs achieve the goals and targets of the collaboration.
- Generate reports and conduct analysis.
- Communicate with third parties(such as alternative media or other brands) for branding needs.
Event Activation
- Help HOU for Event Planning and Preparation
- Event Execution
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and partnersto ensure smooth execution.
- Support the event manager in managing event budgets and expenses.
