We are looking for an experienced KOL & Creator Partnership Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in KOL/creator operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to use data to optimize creator performance and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage the full creator partnership process, including outreach, negotiation, sample distribution, content coordination, campaign execution, and relationship management.
- Monitor and analyze creator performance, including GMV, sales, views, engagement, CTR, conversion rate, content performance, and ROI**.
- Build regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve creator acquisition and campaign results.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to ensure creator campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage creator budgets, commission structures, campaign incentives, and performance targets.
- Continuously optimize the KOL/creator pool based on performance and business contribution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in KOL, influencer, creator, or affiliate operations, preferably within e-commerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems.
- Proven experience in KOL/creator acquisition, campaign management, and relationship management.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret creator and campaign performance data.
- Comfortable working with metrics such as GMV, ROI, CTR, conversion rate, engagement rate, and content performance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with **TikTok Shop, TikTok Affiliate, or other e-commerce creator programs is a strong advantage.
