Key Responsibilities:
- Drive E-commerce GMV through TikTok & Shopee Affiliate programs.
- End-to-end KOL campaign management (sourcing, briefing, execution, and reporting).
- Build & maintain strong relationships with creators, affiliates, and MCNs.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Min. 1-2 years experience in Affiliate & KOL Marketing (E-commerce / Agency background is a plus).
- Strong hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate & Shopee AMS.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Data-oriented with a proven track record of managing marketing budget & ROI.
- Having a portfolio of affiliate or KOL campaigns that have been managed is an advantage.
