KOL & Affiliate Specialist

We are seeking experienced candidates as a KOL & Affiliate Specialist, especially at Shopee and TikTok to handle end-to-end collaborations with KOL & Affiliate for our brands to enhance brand presence and sales.

Job Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree or above from any majors; passionate about e-commerce or digital marketing.
2. Minimum 1-2 years experience as a KOL & Affiliate Specialist.
3. Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
4. Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
5. Able to operate basic Excel operations skills.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Strong analytical and research capabilities.
8. Deep understanding of social media and media landscapes.
9. Proven track record in creative and innovative campaign management.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research for KOL & Affiliate to identify and engage with key influencers in the Home Living sector at E-Commerce platform (Shopee, TikTok Shop prefered)
2. Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with KOL & Affiliate.
3. Lead negotiations to secure beneficial agreements and collaborations.
4. Develop and execute strategic campaigns to enhance brand presence and sales.
5. Monitor and analyze KOL & Affiliate performance, providing insights and reports on campaign results.
