Deskripsi pekerjaan KOL & Affiliate Specialist LiveLab Indonesia
Responsibilities:
Identify and list potential KOLs and Affiliates for campaigns.
Manage and execute campaigns with KOLs and Affiliates, focusing on platforms such as TikTok.
Perform daily quality checks on Affiliate videos to ensure they meet brand standards.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key KOLs and Affiliates.
Track KOL and Affiliate performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize campaign results.
Prepare performance reports and provide insights based on key metrics such as engagement and conversions.
Negotiate partnership terms, compensation, and deliverables with KOLs.
Collaborate with KOLs to create content that aligns with the brand’s goals and target audience.
Qualifications:
Experience in KOL/Affiliate management or influencer marketing.
Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English is required (Chinese is a plus)
Strong knowledge of TikTok and social media trends.
Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with KOL/Affiliate and partners.
Ability to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms
