- Women (aged 25 - 30 yo)
- 1 - 3 years of experience in influencer/KOL and/or affiliate marketing, preferably in fashion and e-commerce
- Proven track record of running campaigns thar drive measurable sales, not just impressions
- Deep Understanding od social media platforms and influencer culture;
- A strong network influencers, agencies, or affiliate networks in fashion is a plus;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills;
- Data and performance-driven mindset - you love testing, tracking, and optimizing
- Have a strong sense of creativity in the fashion industry;
- Have a good communication skills and can work in a team
- Pro-active and responsive to give ideas to the team.
