Hiring: KOL & Affiliate Specialist!
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented KOL & Affiliate Specialist to strengthen our influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive performance through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates
- Plan and execute influencer and affiliate campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
- Track and report key metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI)
- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and social media platforms
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
