We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate, confident, and highly skilled professional to drive our influencer partnerships and affiliate strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key beauty KOLs, influencers, and content creators who align with our romantic aesthetic.
Develop, scale, and optimize our Affiliate Marketing program to drive direct engagement and sales revenue.
Curate visual and campaign briefs, ensuring creators represent COLORROSE with elevated taste and brand alignment.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROAS, conversion rates, engagement) to continuously refine outreach strategies.
Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and creative teams to align influencer campaigns with product launches.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Previous professional background in KOL management, affiliate marketing, or the beauty/cosmetics industry.
Beauty Enthusiast: Deeply passionate about beauty, makeup trends, and visual aesthetics.
Refined Taste: Exceptional aesthetic intuition and a strong eye for high-quality content curation.
