Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end KOL/influencer marketing campaigns (from sourcing to reporting)
- Identify, approach, and manage relationships with relevant KOLs/influencers aligned with brand positioning
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, and timelines with KOLs and agencies
- Coordinate campaign execution across platforms (TikTok & Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, reports, and optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Stay updated with social media trends, especially within Gen Z and beauty/skincare space
- Manage KOL database and maintain strong long-term partnerships
Requirements:
- Experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing or similar role
- Prior experience managing KOL/influencer/affiliate campaign budgets above IDR 300 million/month will be prioritized
- Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram ecosystem
- Experience handling marketplace brands (Shopee/TikTok Shop is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage campaigns from A to Z
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven with basic analytical skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects
- Willing to work in a hybrid/onsite arrangement based in BSD
