About Us
We are a growing digital agency specializing in performance-driven marketing and partnership management. To strengthen our Affiliate & KOL Division, we are looking for a KOL & Affiliate Specialist who will be responsible for building and managing relationships with creators, affiliates, and digital partners to drive sales growth for our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Take initiative to identify, contact, and recruit qualified KOLs and affiliates across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Track and evaluate the performance of recruited partners, providing continuous support and motivation to ensure their success.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate smooth onboarding and execution of campaigns.
- Maintain and expand a strong network of affiliate partners and digital influencers.
- Execute and manage performance-driven campaigns together with affiliates and KOLs.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on affiliate/KOL performance.
- Other related responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any field, preferably Marketing/Business/Communication).
- Business English proficiency (written & spoken).
- At least 1 years of experience in affiliate/KOL management, influencer marketing, or partnership management.
- Experience in E-commerce or Digital Agency is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical ability to evaluate campaign performance.
- Familiar with TikTok Affiliate Program and influencer marketing trends.
