JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify and acquire potential creators, maintain strong relationships, monitor performance (GMV, orders, conversion, engagement), and guide content & campaign strategies
- Optimize live affiliate performance through live strategy, product selection, and performance tracking (viewers, CTR, conversion, GMV), including continuous evaluation and creator improvement
- Scale affiliate video content by guiding creators, ensuring consistency, and monitoring performance (views, engagement, orders, GMV
- Manage cross-platform content distribution to maximize exposure and monitor performance (reach, engagement, traffic, conversion)
- Execute campaigns on Shopee and TikTok, develop promotional strategies, and collaborate with internal teams
- Analyze affiliate performance, test new strategies to improve conversion and GMV, and build best practices
