Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and recruit TikTok creators and affiliates relevant to our mom & baby products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to support ongoing collaborations.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, and content deliverables.
- Monitor creator performance, including video output, views, clicks, orders, and GMV.
- Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities to improve creator productivity and sales.
- Coordinate product samples, content schedules, affiliate links, and campaign execution.
- Track competitor activities and identify potential creators and market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KOL, influencer, or affiliate marketing, preferably in TikTok Shop.
- Experience recruiting and managing creators, preferably with measurable sales results.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop Affiliate and creator performance metrics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Experience in Mom & baby, product categories is an advantage
