Deskripsi pekerjaan KOL & Affiliate Intern (Paid Internship) PT YUXI Jayatama Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential KOLs, influencers, and affiliates for brand collaborations, particularly in the beauty industry.
- Assist in reaching out to KOLs and affiliates, maintaining communication, following up on collaboration opportunities, and building positive relationships.
- Support affiliate and endorsement campaign execution, including product seeding, commission coordination, campaign requirements, and content deliverables.
- Maintain and update the KOL and affiliate database, including creator profiles, performance metrics, collaboration history, and contact information.
- Monitor and analyze KOL and affiliate performance, including GMV, sales, engagement, and content performance, to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Assist in evaluating collaboration proposals, calculating estimated costs and profitability, and preparing campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables, product shipments, content submissions, and other collaboration requirements are completed on time.
- Monitor TikTok and Shopee trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential creators and new collaboration opportunities.
- Support the team in developing strategies to expand the affiliate network, improve creator activation, and increase campaign performance.
- Perform other tasks related to KOL and affiliate management as required.
Job Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major; preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Have internship experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Brand Marketing, preferably at a beauty brand. Experience working with TikTok Shop or Shopee Affiliate is a plus.
- Familiar with KOL/influencer collaboration, affiliate campaigns, product seeding, and social commerce. Knowledge of TikTok and Shopee platforms is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining databases and tracking campaign performance.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian; Chinese language skills are a plus.
