Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate ecosystems.
- Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop Affiliate Centre, including affiliate recruitment, campaign setup, product selection, creator outreach, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience managing affiliate campaigns through Shopee and TikTok Shop platforms.
- Familiar with beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and social commerce landscapes.
- Strong understanding of beauty content trends, viral products, and purchasing behavior across TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty market trends is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, data management, and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Existing network of affiliate creators and influencers is a plus.
