KOC Specialist
About the role
PT Mivi Kaco Global is looking for a KOC Specialist who understands TikTok and Instagram, especially within the Fashion, Shoes, and Lifestyle categories. You will be responsible for sourcing talents, managing content, and executing KOC campaigns to support brand growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Research and identify potential KOL, KOC, and affiliate talents in the healthcare category.
- Build and maintain a database of KOL/KOC talents and affiliates.
- Manage affiliate collaborations, including product briefing, sample distribution, and content coordination.
- Monitor affiliate content and sales performance.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with talents to support ongoing collaborations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum D3 education in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL, KOC, or Affiliate Marketing.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical products is a plus.
- Must have an existing KOL/KOC/affiliate database.
- Understand TikTok Affiliate and social media marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented, organized, and proactive.
