Job Desc
- Develop and execute strategies to grow our affiliate program.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to maximize performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns to improve brand awareness and conversions.
- Track affiliate performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling offers and promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, partner management, and tracking tools.
- Experience with affiliate networks, influencer partnerships, and third-party platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop creative marketing strategies to attract and retain affiliates.
- Willing to relocate to Surakarta City.
