Job Descriptions:
- Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks supporting the KOL and Marketing department.
- Perform data backup and archival regularly.
- Maintain standard SOP database.
- Optimize database systems for performance and operational efficiency.
- Recommend solutions to improve database management.
- Resolve issues related to database design and management.
- Support on database query and architecture.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in using administrative tools, including Lark, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
- Willing to work full-time and be based in West Jakarta.
