At SevenAds, we work closely with brands, clients, and KOLs to plan, coordinate, and execute various influencer marketing campaigns. Job Description:
- Contact and coordinate with KOLs based on campaign and client inquiries.
- Maintain KOL data and administrative records in Google Sheets.
- Collect KOL invoices and payment documents.
- Track and update KOL payment status.
- Follow up with KOLs and support day-to-day campaign coordination.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to KOL campaigns.
Requirements:
- SMA/SMK graduate or university student looking for an internship.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Google Workspace.
- Able to communicate and follow up with KOLs professionally.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
