Bikerz Beer Garden – Kerobokan, Badung, Bali
About the Role
Bikerz Beer Garden is looking for a Cook to join our kitchen team in Kerobokan, Bali.
You will be responsible for daily food preparation and cooking, including BBQ, grilled food, meat preparation, and German / Bavarian-style dishes.
Experience with German cuisine is an advantage, but not mandatory. Junior Cooks and candidates with relevant kitchen experience who are eager to learn are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook food according to menu, recipes, and kitchen standards.
• Prepare ingredients and daily mise en place.
• Handle meat, pork, poultry, vegetables, and other ingredients properly.
• Prepare BBQ, grilled food, and German / Bavarian-style dishes.
• Maintain food quality, taste, portion, and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Assist with stock checking and minimize food waste.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team.
• Follow kitchen SOPs and operational instructions.
Requirements
• Experience as a Cook, Junior Cook, Kitchen Crew, Commis Chef, or similar role is preferred.
• Basic cooking and food preparation skills.
• BBQ, grilling, or meat preparation experience is an advantage.
• German / Bavarian or European cuisine experience is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and develop German / Bavarian cooking skills.
• Responsible, reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays according to operational schedules.
• Based in Bali or able to work in Kerobokan, Badung.
