About BITTO
BITTO is a modern woodfire social grill located in the heart of Berawa, Bali. We focus on quality ingredients, open-fire cooking, and warm hospitality, creating a memorable dining experience in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and positive Kitchen Steward to support our kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout daily operations.
Responsibilities
* Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, plates, and cookware.
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, stewarding area, storage, and waste disposal area.
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, organized, and ready for service.
* Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies when needed.
* Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling procedures where applicable.
* Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning and operational tasks.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
* Report any damaged equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
* Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible.
* Able to work as part of a team.
* Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
