Job Description:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
- Clean and maintain kitchen areas, floors, and work surfaces.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain cleanliness.
- Restock and organize clean dishes and kitchen supplies.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Kitchen Steward, Steward, or similar position, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of kitchen cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks and heavy items.
- Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
