Kitchen Production Lead — Healthy Food Production (The Green Collective, Pererenan)
ABOUT US
The Green Collective is a premium healthy grab-and-go brand in Pererenan, Bali — clean, organic, wellness-inspired food and drinks made fresh in our central production kitchen: smoothies, protein smoothies, juices, chia puddings, overnight oats, granola, hummus, and healthy snacks.
We're launching the concept next month and need a hands-on Kitchen Production Lead to own TGC production and take charge of a small prep team.
THE ROLE
A hands-on role, not a desk job. You'll make our products yourself every day and lead a team of two helpers — they report to you, and you're responsible for their work and their standards. You own quality: every smoothie, every jar, every batch goes out exactly to recipe.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run daily production of the full TGC range (smoothies, juices, chia, oats, granola, hummus, snacks)
- Lead and take responsibility for 2 kitchen helpers — assign tasks, guide their work, hold the standard
- Follow recipes and portion control exactly
- Keep prep on schedule so both shops stay stocked
- Maintain strict hygiene, freshness, and cold-chain standards
- Manage prep lists and stock, reduce waste
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in a central/production kitchen, juice bar, health café, or meal-prep kitchen
- You work clean, fast, and consistent
- Confident leading a small team and holding others accountable
- Reliable, punctual, calm under a busy prep schedule
- Genuine interest in healthy, fresh, organic food
- Based in Bali, full-time on-site in Pererenan
