RO3ST is expanding. As we prepare to launch our restaurant concept, we are looking for a strong Kitchen Leader who can execute the owner’s vision with discipline, precision, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute menu exactly as designed by the Owner
- Control food portioning and maintain consistent quality standards
- Maintain food cost within target range (30–35%)
- Supervise daily kitchen operations
- Conduct weekly stock count and inventory checks
- Ensure hygiene standards and SOP compliance at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional restaurant kitchen
- Strong understanding of basic food costing and inventory control
- Leadership mindset and able to manage a small team
- Calm, structured, and solution-oriented under pressure
- No ego issues — able to work within an owner-driven concept
