Deskripsi pekerjaan Kitchen Leader Pizza 4P's Indonesia

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

Lead and supervise kitchen team during daily operations
Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
Coordinate food preparation to support smooth service flow
Monitor stock usage and support inventory control
Assist Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experience as Kitchen Supervisor / Kitchen Leader for at least 1 year (preferred)
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
Able to lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Disciplined, responsible, and team-oriented
Able and willing to handles non-halal ingredients
