General Requirements:
* Kitchen Pass Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience specifically managing the kitchen pass
* Grill & Charcoal Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with charcoal cooking and grill stations
* Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and direct a line cook team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Communication: Exceptional communication and organizational skills to maintain seamless flow between the kitchen and the service team
* Problem Solving: Quick-thinking and capable of handling rushes, and managing kitchen stress smoothly
* Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (verbal) to confidently coordinate with the team and understand kitchen orders/specifications clearly
