Kitchen Helper

Baked by Geulis is a premium brownie brand known for its premium, refined, and detail-driven products. We are looking for a Kitchen Helper who is organized, reliable, and takes pride in working in a clean, high-standard kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Helper, you will support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth production flow.

Production & Preparation

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and standards (weighing, cutting, arranging trays).
• Assist in baking, cooling, cutting, and plating brownies.
• Fill brownies into cups and boxes neatly and consistently.
• Support bakers and baristas during busy production hours.

Cleanliness & Organization

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and ovens.
• Wash and organize tools and utensils according to SOP.
• Keep the workspace ready for the next production batch.

Quality Control

• Ensure all products meet Baked by Geulis standards in size, shape, and presentation.
• Report any defective or non-standard products.

Operational Support

Assist with order packing.

• Help monitor stock of ingredients and tools.
• Be ready to support the team during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Male or female, 18–35 years old.
• Minimum high school graduate.
• Experience in kitchen, bakery, or F&B is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Able to work fast, clean, and neatly.
• Comfortable with hands-on kitchen tasks (washing, cleaning, food prep).
• Able to work in a team and follow SOP.
• Willing to work on weekends and during busy periods.
