Gyu Nim is looking for a Kitchen Hand / Steward to support our kitchen team as we prepare for our next service phase.

This role is essential to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and discipline in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

• maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation

• organizing storage areas and equipment

• assisting the kitchen team with basic preparation tasks

• supporting the team during busy service hours

This role requires someone who is fast, organized, and reliable.

Requirements

• strong work ethic

• willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen

• ability to follow instructions and kitchen rules

• good hygiene and cleanliness habits

• physically able to stand and work for long periods

Kitchen experience is helpful, but discipline and attitude are more important.
