Deskripsi pekerjaan Kitchen Flow & Operation Optimization UENA
Where you will tackle some challenges, such as :
Ensuring day-to-day operations to run smoothly
Build and develop flow of operations to run effectively and efficiently
Create weekly schedule in accordance to given budget
Checking store inventory (waste, variance, SO)
Ensure cooking time, completion time & other Operations metrics meets target
Monitor opex, supplies, outlet finances according to budgets
And many more exciting challenges !
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering is a must
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Willing to work from office in Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat and preferably mobile to outlets
