About the Role
Koding Next Bali is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacherto join our education team. You will work with young learners and create an engaging, supportive, and positive learning environment.
A specific Early Childhood Education degree is not required. We welcome graduates from any academic background who are interested in working with young children and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
• Teach and engage young learners in a classroom environment.
• Deliver lessons and activities according to the provided curriculum and materials.
• Create an enjoyable, safe, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Adapt teaching approaches according to students' needs and abilities.
• Monitor students' participation and development.
• Communicate professionally with parents and the Koding Next team.
• Maintain classroom organization and ensure student safety.
• Participate in teacher training and professional development activities.
Requirements
• Minimum S1 (Bachelor's Degree) in any field.
• Good spoken and written English is required.
• No prior teaching experience is required.
• Willingness to learn and develop as an educator.
• Patient, responsible, creative, and comfortable working with young children.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work on weekends when required.
