The Kindergarten English Tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons that promote foundational reading and language skills. This includes planning and implementing daily activities that support phonemic awareness, letter recognition, and basic comprehension. The tutor will also work closely with other staff members to create a positive and structured classroom atmosphere, ensuring that each student receives individualized attention and encouragement. Strong communication with parents and regular progress updates are essential components of this role. Additionally, the tutor will maintain accurate records and use technology tools effectively to enhance teaching and learning.

Candidates for this position should hold an Associate Degree and have between 1 and 3 years of experience in a related field. A strong foundation in tutoring, teamwork, classroom management, communication, lesson planning, and teaching is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective time management skills are also important.
