Job Description:
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Acquire new merchants and brands to achieve business growth targets.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue and transaction volume.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Fulfillment, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor account performance, sales pipeline, and business opportunities.
- Prepare business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Business Development, Account Manager, B2B Sales, or Partnership Manager.
- Experience managing merchants, brands, or corporate clients is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and business growth targets.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel for business meetings when required.
