About the Job
We are seeking an enthusiastic Key Account Manager with the passion to drive exponential brand growth in wholesale within the APAC market. You will constantly uncover new opportunities with our current and new retail partners. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for someone who loves sales, business development and analysis. You are a people person who can build great relationships with our partners whilst driving strong commercial negotiations.
This role encapsulates the development and implementation of retail strategies, marketing plans, forecasting, pricing, as well as managing retail marketing spend with a focus on the APAC market for our brands, Coco & Eve and Sand & Sky. This role leads across the planning, execution, performance review and recommendations for all marketing and trading initiatives across all assigned retailers, for physical and online retailers.
You will be reporting to the Global Retail Director based in Canada, working alongside the retail and brand teams in the UK, Europe and North America.
Responsibilities
- Develop new retail leads, approaching and pitching our brands to new retail partners
- Drive, co-develop with the Global Retail Director, and closely manage the implementation of the distribution business plan for our retail brands
- Present to our existing and new retail partners our current products and new product launches, driving excitement for the brands
- Secure and manage the best in class retail partners in APAC ensuring financial targets are met
- Create, plan and execute marketing plans for campaign launches, collaborate with stakeholders to put together a plan of action for successful execution and to maximise revenue and profit.
- Responsible for monthly reporting, profit & loss reporting, setting of performance measurement/matrix to measure the well-being of our retail partners
Your Profile
- A minimum of 3 years experience in sales and account management in the APAC market with beauty brands
- A high level of knowledge of the Australian retail market in the beauty industry
- Experience working with Sephora Australia and South East Asia an asset
- Must have experience managing OMNI channel retailers
- A track record of growing beauty brands sell in and sell out in the APAC market with retail partners
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- You must be high energy with a strong sense of urgency to excite and inspire new retail partners about our brands
- Highly organised and results driven
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn
- Financial/Quantitative Acumen for reporting
- Enthusiasm for the beauty industry
