Deskripsi pekerjaan Key Account Management Specialist Voila.id
- Build and maintain close relationships with our VIP Client
- Analyze Client's progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue
- Provide competitive knowledge towards the generation of leads to recruit new Clients
- Construct high level strategic business plans and identify new sources of growth
- Responsible for account planning, building sales pipeline, and revenue forecast, and attain sales target
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Analyst, Measurement, Marketing, etc) in order to generate the best outcome for clients
- Min 2 year experience in sales/key account management
- Have strong interest and/or experience in account management, business development, and sales
- Results-oriented and comfortable to be working & delivering against strict sales target
- Have a natural liking to engage in conversations and building relationships with people.
- Loves problem-solving, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis)
