Key Account Live Streaming Support

This role is responsible for supporting the smooth execution of live streaming operations in real time, both from a technical and coordination standpoint. The person will assist the host during live sessions and ensure all activities on TikTok and Shopee Seller Center run effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Stand by and monitor live streaming sessions
• Support live operators and assist with live flow when needed
• Track live performance (viewers, product clicks, etc.)
• Handle real-time requests from the host (price changes, product pinning, stock updates, etc.)
• Manage and update products in TikTok & Shopee Seller Center
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during live sessions
• Coordinate with host and internal teams during live
• Assist the host in handling customer requests and feedback in the comment section (admin support)

Qualification

• Familiar with TikTok Shop & Shopee Seller Center
• Understand live streaming operational flow
• Fast response and able to multitask
• Detail-oriented (handling pricing, stock, etc.)
• Willing to be on standby based on live schedule
• Willing to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday are mandatory) with regular shift starts at 12:00 PM (mid-shift) to support live sessions until 9:00 PM.
• Flexible to work late hours, especially during major campaigns (e.g., Double Date & Payday) .

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Background in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus
