Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and drive sustainable business growth across assigned key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and modern trade partners.
- Negotiate promotional activities, campaigns, and commercial agreements to maximize sales performance.
- Manage product listings, assortment planning, and distribution across key accounts.
- Monitor pricing, margins, and trade investments to ensure business profitability.
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Prepare business reviews, sales forecasts, and account performance reports to support strategic planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade, preferably within the FMCG or Beauty industry.
- Proven experience in handling modern trade accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales planning, account management, promotion execution, and business analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
