Deskripsi pekerjaan Key Account Executive (KAE) DKT Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Sales Plan
    • Develop & execute Local Key Account (LKA), minimarket DC, local Pharma chain to drive sales growth and expand market share in Modern Trade.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with minimarket DC and chain pharmacy local buyer.
    • Negotiations for promotion, service level agreement, product listing and in store excellent execution.
    • Ensure alignment of Local Key Account (LKA), minimarket DC, local pharma chain plans with overall company goals and priorities.
    • Monitor sales performance, trends analysist, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate internal resources to support Local Key Account (LKA) account, minimarket DC, local Pharma chain, resolve issues, and optimize customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to develop strategic initiatives and align sales priorities.

  • Market Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify risks and opportunities.
    • Provide regular updates on Key Account (LKA) account, minimarket DC, local Pharma chain performance, forecasts, and plan recommendations to Key Account Manager and National Key Account Manager.
    • Resolve escalated issues efficiently to maintain long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
    • Continuously explore opportunities to deepen account engagement and drive mutual growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing National and Local Key Account Management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable plans.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution focused.
  • Analytical thinking and detail capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
