We are currently seeking a Key Account Executive to join our Sales Division. This position will lead a team of Key Account Executives (KAE) and Merchandisers, maintaining strong store relationships, ensuring product availability, monitoring sales and promotions, providing product and promotional updates, and achieving service level within the Modern Trade channel. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive experience in account management and strategic sales planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop sales opportunities within the Modern Trade Key Account channel.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the KAE and Merchandiser teams to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key Modern Trade partners.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans.
- Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional programs to maximize profitability.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with stores and ensure the availability of company's products at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in Key Account, particularly in Modern Trade.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
- In-depth understanding of Modern Trade operations and market dynamics.
- Willing to travel for store visits and coordination with distributors.
- Placement in Jakarta Barat
