What You'll Do
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic vendors and business partners.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous operational improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business and service targets.
• Analyze operational performance data and prepare actionable reports.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Support business expansion initiatives and service quality enhancement programs.
• Act as a key liaison between operations, vendors, and management.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries.
• Previous experience with SPX (Shopee Express) or other logistics companies is highly preferred.
• Experience in Vendor Management, Planning, Operations Control, or equivalent roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, target oriented environment.
• Passionate about operational excellence and business growth.
