Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand Ocean and Air Cargo, Road Freight, and Domestic Shipment services to boost gross profit per customer.
- Identify and engage prospective customers through lead generation and effective outreach. Convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers by keeping them informed about updates, new services, and charges.
- Sell our freight forwarding services for imports and exports, showcasing how we solve customers logistical challenges.
- Record sales and order details to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
- Gather and share information to promote growth across various transportation modes.
- Work closely with the operations team to stay updated on client plans and address challenges proactively.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight transportation or logistics.
- A customer and shipping database is a plus!
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and transportation solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage
