Job Description:
- Research target companies and key decision-makers (e.g., Managers, CEOs).
- Initiate contact and build relationships via email, phone, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Craft compelling outreach messages and schedule intro meetings or demos.
- Manage the full outbound sales process: prospecting, calling, demoing, closing.
- Continuously test different messaging styles and outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to pass along user feedback.
- Identify new market opportunities in HR or Accounting software segments.
- Partner with Marketing to qualify inbound leads and book appointments.
- Log all activities and maintain clean, up-to-date CRM records.
- Participate in relevant networking or community events to build brand presence.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, CRM, or similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related fields; technical background is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in a professional context.
- Confident speaking with mid-to-senior level stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and follow-through.
- Able to self-manage, experiment, and hit targets consistently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Qontak.
- Proven experience in an SDR leadership role, preferably in B2B Experience or Business Applications Solutions.
- Prior experience engaging with Large Enterprise clients, with an understanding of long-cycle enterprise sales.
- Strong understanding of technical operations, business process digitization, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Hands-on experience using CRM (preferably Zoho CRM or similar), sales engagement tools, and pipeline reporting.
- Self-driven, performance-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Experience collaborating with presales or solution consulting teams is a strong plus.
- Providing strong judgement and analysis based on data analytics report
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
• Experience using lead generation tools like Apollo, Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.
• Background in B2B SaaS, tech, or consulting industries.
