CUSTOM BROKERAGE
ADDA have custom broker license (Jakarta port, Semarang port and Surabaya port) our Export customs clearance - Preparation of shipping bill (on the basis of shipper's letter of instruction),
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Minimum 5 years' experience as Import Export in Freight Forwarding/logistics/EMKL industry is required for this position.
2. Have basic cargo and DG Certification will be an advantage.
3. Able to be handle document import & export airfreight shipment.
4. Excellent command in spoken and written English.
5. Excellent communication, selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
6. Proficient in all Microsoft office and Outlook applications
7. Excellent problem-solving skills
8. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage
9. Excellent to building communication between airlines and new customer/ new agent (not target oriented)
10.To be placed in Jakarta area
Job Description:
1. Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers and partners agent.
2. Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
3. Maintain relationships with Adda's partner agent.
4. Continually create daily, weekly and monthly reports.
5. Cooperation with the Sales, operational, document team regarding of work progress to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Assist to follow up outstanding payments from overdue customers with the billing department.
