As Kepala Teknik Tambang, your primary responsibility will be to lead geological engineering efforts within the company. This involves overseeing all aspects of geological exploration and mapping, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with various departments to integrate geological data into operational strategies. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, developing technical reports, and contributing to the formulation of strategic plans. Your role will require a deep understanding of applied geology and surveying techniques, which you will apply to optimize resource extraction processes. To excel in this position, we seek candidates who possess an Associate Degree in Geological Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required, and candidates should demonstrate proficiency in geological mapping and surveying.
