School Principal / Kepala Sekolah - Bilingual Program
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the overall school operations, including academic and administrative functions
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and staff performance
- Develop and execute the school’s strategic plans and annual programs
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
- Lead the development, adaptation, and execution of internationally recognized curricullum (e.g., Montessori, Cambridge, IB, or equivalent) aligned with institutional goals and student needs.
- Ensuring schools comply with local education regulations and international accreditation standards.
- Manage school budgeting, resources, and facilities effectively
- Lead school development initiatives, innovation, and quality assurance processes
- Teaching children in class using an international curriculum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of National and international curriculum (ex Montessori, Cambridge, Oxford, IB, or other globally recognized frameworks)
- Proven experience in school management and academic leadership
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understand early childhood development
Salary : 3 - 4.5 milion
